For Real

Sooo this last weekend I wasn't feeling so hot. I thought to myself it is probably allergy's or something super fun like that.. then moved on from the thought because I am constantly chasing an 8 month old. Mind you I have a history of strep throat to the point that my family doctor stated if I get it one more time that they are going to remove my tonsils. Me plus surgery plus pain is no bueno.. so needless to say I just went to Urgent Care instead of my family doctor because I don't want him getting all needle crazy trying to stick me with something then schedule a surgery in which Dr. Shepard would have my life in his hands. Anyways they swabbed me and sent it off to the lab. Meanwhile the doctor says he doesn't want to put me on antibiotics because I am nursing still, so that makes sense I guess and all I got was ibuprofen 600mg. It surprisingly helped though. I would never think to take that to help a sore throat but it totally took my mind off it. I don't know the results from my swabbing yet and probably never will because I gave the doctors my house number.
Okay so I am still not better from my throat then last night Danny and I were watching Tosh.O and we both got up at the same time to pee. We looked at each other and it was a race to the bathroom. Anyways so Karsons swing was left in the hallway because we have no space for anything and so I was running trying to beat my husband and my baby toe got stuck on one side of the leg and my other toes went the other way. Cool. I dropped to the ground immediately. Thinking in my head 1. I just lost 2. why did I just race to the bathroom like I'm ten 3. why is my baby toe going a different way then my other ones? 4. I am a freaking idiot.
Anyways Danny closed the bathroom door as I just laid on the ground in defeat then he opened it back up right away probably wondering why I wasn't breaking down the door and saw my damn toe and is like uhm.. grabbed white medical tape stuff, 4 different types of bandaids.. and my mother. Yup obviously broken. So we used the tape to bandage it up to the toe next to it and I just am taking one or two more of my ibuprofen. It really hurts to walk on and I am extremely pissed about it.

This seriously better be fully healed by next Monday as one of my best friends is graduating from college on Tuesday the 24th! The baby is staying home with the baby daddy and I am preparing to get crazy. Hyphy Heather.. I love you and am SO proud of you!!

Show Off

So my hubby is going through school right now and is taking a Solid Works class. Which is like a design/engineering class. This is the watch he made and spent days upon days working on! It's going in as his final project then they move it to the Del Mar Fair and it gets entered into a competition with a bunch of other college students work and we'll see if he wins!

Finally!

In a few short weeks we will have.. wait for it... MARRIED friends! This is obviously exciting to us because all of our friends are single or in relationships but have yet to tie the knot. Which honestly we're super young so I don't blame any of them. So Nadia and Jon are getting married June 11th and we spent our last weekend hanging out with them. We were feeling real crazy and hit up Applebees, I know right, pump the breaks. I guess we are just old married(or almost married) couples now. It was a really good time though. Baby was at grandmas and we just got to enjoy the night!

Obsessive?

My blog is starting to look like it's obsessing over Kylee. Whatever. I took a few pictures of her just to document the little miss 7 months pregers.. considering the picture under this was taken in a parking lot. I'm not going to be one of those people that just because I have a nice camera (my mothers) to shoot with think I'm a photographer. Some people are absolutely ridiculous.

Kylee Sue

This is Kylee babe 7 months prego with baby Colby! (excuse the parking lot) She is still so little and adorable. I am so excited she is having a boy so they can be best buds like me and ky were! We went to lunch today at our half way meeting point. It's so weird how in highschool all your friends just live near you and you don't really think about how lucky you are. Then you grow up and everyone moves. I'm so grateful for Kylee and for the friendship we have. Also so proud of her. She is going to be a great mom. I love you Kylee! ..starfish!

The Wonders Of Country Music

Alright so as I have stated previously I went to Stagecoach this last weekend. Oh boy it did NOT disappoint. This year I had my husband, girlfriends and family there. Three for three! Not to mention Carrie Underwood (girl crush) sang and much others. Oh also my lil man stayed with his grandma (my mo-in-law) for the weekend! Missed him but it was way too crazy and way too hot for him to be there. When we got back my mom and I talked about seriously how many people have tattoos. People were just COVERED. Hey whatever floats your boat 1. I am too scared of needles for tattoos and 2. There isn't anything I would want on my skin for the rest of my life and 3. my mother would probably die! But all in all it was so much freaking fun and I can't wait to see the set list for next year and do it all over again!
